How FORMIQ handles your personal data.
Your privacy matters to FORMIQ
FORMIQ is the click-and-build system behind this website. We keep this notice short and honest: we collect as little data as possible, we use it only to answer you and to keep you informed if you ask us to, and we never sell it. This page explains what that means in practice.
Who is responsible for your data
The controller of your personal data is FASAL BIO d.o.o., the company behind FORMIQ, Gajščak 34, 10163 Zagreb, Croatia. You can reach us at any time at info@fasal.at. Our full company details are in the imprint.
What data we collect
When you send us a form. This website has four forms. We only receive what you enter:
- Request Price & Delivery: your name, email address, country, postal code and the set you are interested in.
- Notify me: the set you are waiting for, your email address and your country.
- Become a Retail Partner: your company, your name, email address, country and your message.
- Newsletter: your email address.
Your entry is stored on our website and sent to our team by email. You also receive a short confirmation email.
Technical data. Like every website, our hosting provider automatically records short-term server logs (for example your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit) to keep the site secure and to find errors. These logs are not used to profile you.
We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this site, and the fonts and images are served from our own server. See our cookie policy for the full picture.
Why we use your data, and on what legal basis
To answer your request. When you ask for the price and delivery of a set, want to know when a set is available, or ask about selling FORMIQ, we use your details to reply. The legal basis is the steps you ask for before a possible purchase or partnership (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Your consent. The enquiry forms ask you to tick a consent box before sending, and by signing up for the newsletter you agree to receive it (Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect anything we did before. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link, or simply write to us.
Legal obligations. Where the law requires us to keep or hand over records, we comply (Art. 6(1)(c)).
How long we keep your data
Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to answer them, plus a short period afterwards so we can follow up on the same conversation. If a purchase or partnership follows, we keep what the law requires for that. Notify me requests are deleted once we have told you the set is available. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
Who receives your data
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We share it only with the service providers that keep this website running, our hosting provider and the email service that delivers messages, and only as far as needed for that purpose. They work on our behalf under data processing agreements. Where required by law, we may disclose information to competent authorities.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access the data we hold about you, have it corrected or erased, restrict its processing, receive a copy in a portable format, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. If you have given consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
If you believe we are handling your data incorrectly, you may lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP, azop.hr) or with the data protection authority in your own country.
To use any of these rights, simply write to us at info@fasal.at. We answer within 30 days.
How we protect your data
The site runs over encrypted HTTPS connections, access to the systems that store your messages is limited to the people who need it, and the website is kept up to date and hardened against common attacks. No system is perfect, but we treat your data with the same care as our own.
Children
FORMIQ is made for children, but this website is meant for parents, educators and retailers. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this notice
If we change how this website works, for example when the online shop opens, we will update this page. The date below always shows the current version.
